Case Summary
Insured's dump truck and plaintiff's motorcycle, which were heading in opposite directions, collided while passing each other in the curve of a two-lane road. The only contact between the truck and the motorcycle occurred when the left handlebar of the motorcycle hit the rear edge of the dump truck bed. The plaintiff lost fingers on his left hand during the initial impact, and a portion of his left leg in a collision that followed with another vehicle. No point of impact evidence was created on the road surface to establish who went left of center.

Demonstration Results
The jury returned a defense verdict. The strategic liability demonstration created clarity about the accident events so the jury could choose rightly between contradictory testimony.
