Case Summary
Night accident on lighted major roadway near Miami International Airport. Plaintiff lawfully approaches a slower moving car in the center lane and decides to pass on right. Plaintiff signals turn and starts to move toward available gap in right lane. Sideswipe impact follows with defendant's vehicle, which has approached from behind plaintiff and "jumped" into the gap. Impact redirects plaintiff's car across lanes where it is t-boned by SUV. Defendant claimed he was already in the right lane and inattentive plaintiff pulled over on him. Opposing Ph.D. level reconstruction experts testified their respective party was free of any fault.

Demonstration Results
The jury found defendant 100% liable and awarded $7,300,000. The animation-based demonstration validated plaintiff's liability position and avoided the risk of any juror confusion that could have led to split on liability.
